Additional Hotel Charges:
- Parking: $12/day Note that both the confirmation page and confirming email will say that parking is $24/day. Don't worry, you'll be given the Costume-Con rate $12/day when you check in! (Apparently the hotel is unable to change the rate in their automated system.)
- Pool: $18/day. (There isn't so much a pool as a waterpark. Including the waterpark in the hotel rate would have boosted the hotel rate out of most people's budgets. We will look into getting discounts for the waterpark if enough attendees are interested-- email the con chair if you are!)
- Wi-Fi access: $9.95/day.
Travelling to Milwaukee

By Plane...
Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport is just 20 minutes by car from the convention hotel. Go Airport Connection provides shuttle service from Mitchell to the Hilton for $12.95 each way (based on one person.) Rates go down if you are travelling in a group. You must make reservations for shuttle service at least 24 hours before departure. Reservations can be made online through their website.
Milwaukee County Transit Service also services Mitchell Airport. Bus Route 80 will drop you off a block from the Hilton.
Flying Into Chicago, Then Getting Into Milwaukee
Flying into either Chicago O'Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway Airport, and then making your way to Milwaukee from there, can also work. Renting a car would be your best bet. Go Airport Connection will also take you from either Chicago Airport to the Hilton, but at rather steep rates ($128 from O'Hare, $175 from Midway.)
By Train...
Both Amtrak's Hiawatha and Empire Builder routes pull into Milwaukee's downtown station, only a few blocks from the Hilton.
By Automobile...
From the West (Madison): Follow I-94 East to I-794 Eastbound(310-C), Exit James Lovell Street (1-H), Turn Right onto W Michigan Street, Turn Left onto 5th Street.
From the North (Green Bay): Follow I-43 South, Exit Highland Ave, Turn Left onto Highland Ave, Turn Right onto 6th Street, Turn Left onto Michigan Ave, Turn Left onto 5th Street.
From the South (Chicago): Follow I-94 West to I-94 West/I-43 North, Exit Michigan Ave 72-A, Turn Left onto 5th Street.
